About the Company:

Our client is a leading provider of blockchain-driven financial and capital market solutions. They seek a Head of Origination to spearhead client acquisition and deliver tailored structured products and solutions for corporates and institutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CCO to establish a phased approach to building a digital capital markets ecosystem.
• Oversee sales, client acquisition, and business development from lead generation to closing deals.
• Explore new revenue opportunities and forge strategic partnerships in Thailand.
• Build and lead a team, setting operational and distribution strategies.
• Maintain and expand Thai client networks while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Track sales activities, maintain a robust pipeline, and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or Economics.
• 10+ years of client acquisition experience in Thailand, with expertise in asset management or securities.
• Proven ability to offer corporate finance advisory, capital raising, and risk mitigation solutions.
• Familiarity with financial institutions, including banks, insurance firms, hedge funds, and central banks.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Native Thai and fluent in English required due to Thai client acquisition in Thailand
