UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer (Mid-Senior level) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating user-centered designs that improve functionality and deliver an outstanding user experience across digital platforms. You will work closely with developers and other team members to bring innovative design solutions to life.

In this role, you will:

• Create intuitive, user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, develop personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and aesthetics.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques, integrating them into ongoing projects.
• Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and developers.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI skills.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a user-centered design approach.
• English proficiency (B2-C1).
