CMMS Engineer - Remote

I'm looking for CMMS Support Engineers for my clients project in Qatar.
This will be a permanent full time opportunity.

Job Summary: As a CMMS Support Engineer you will be instrumental in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of oil rigs by providing comprehensive support for our CMMS systems (preferably Oracle Fusion). This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, Technical Managers, and Directors, to maintain the integrity and functionality of rigs while adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support CMMS module design, development, and deployment.
• Configure and maintain Asset Management, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, and Inventory Management within CMMS.
• Gather requirements from cross-functional teams and translate them into CMMS solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (SMEs, Technical Managers, Rig Managers, Head of Maintenance, Operations Directors) for seamless maintenance operations.
• Monitor and analyse CMMS data to ensure compliance with operational standards and maintenance schedules.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track asset performance and maintenance KPIs.
• Provide technical support during critical operations, downtime, and client audits.
• Provide end-user training and documentation
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve system issues.
• Optimise CMMS processes and configurations for operational excellence.
• Assist in developing and implementing maintenance strategies for improved efficiency and reduced downtime.
• Support optimise maintenance and routines to maximise the rig performance and minimise administrative burden on rig personnel without impacting operations and up time.
