Role Purpose:
To drive the products marketing strategy and execution of Omantel's cloud and datacenter services to enhance adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. This role involves developing product positioning, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and working closely with sales and technical teams to maximize market penetration.

Minimum role requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor in relevant field
- Experience: 8 years of experience
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans for our cloud and datacenter services portfolio, including colocation, hosting, containers, cloud security, etc.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies, including Hyperscale’s cloud services.
- Strong understanding of datacenter services, including colocation, hosting, containers, cloud security, etc., as well as knowledge of the competitive landscape.
- Experience with cybersecurity and risk management, including knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working closely with product management and engineering teams.
- Develop product positioning and pricing strategies that differentiates our datacenter services from the competition.
- Knowledge of datacenter operations, including facility design, power and cooling, network infrastructure, and disaster recovery.
- Develop and manage product launch plans, ensuring successful product launches and market penetration.
- Responsibilities to manage from concept, to design, testing, forecasting, costing, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life.
- Work with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted messaging that speaks to those needs.
- Create compelling product content, including sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute demand generation programs, including events, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure products and releases are launched to the agreed specifications, on time, and on cost.
- Analyze product and portfolio performance as well as feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to improve customer experience, product performance and profitability.
- Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
- Responsible for budgeting & creating marketing campaigns to increase the awareness and uptake on the launched products.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze product performance dashboard, including customer acquisition and retention, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies tailored for enterprise and government sectors, leveraging hyperscale partnerships and data-driven insights.
