• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React.
• Leverage React Hooks for state and lifecycle management within functional components.
• Participate in the Agile development process, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate Drupal 10-based APIs and services.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, clean code principles, and maintainable architecture.
  
  

Your team
You will join the Assist pod in Technology Inventories Data & Reporting Services alongside 400 colleagues globally. TIDRS offers a best-in-class and cost-effective Service Management Tech-nology, IT Asset Management, and Data Platform Service for the global bank.

The Assist Pod runs and develops the firm-wide and multi-lingual point-of-entry for all UBS em-ployees to obtain self-help, service and support offered by various Service-, and Helpdesk. It's based on the Open-Source Drupal CMS platform hosting the Knowledge Base, request catalog and service outages. It provides a CID support, integrated with SRM and Incident on GSNOW.

Your expertise

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Zustand or similar state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration
• Experience working in an Agile environment, with knowledge of sprints, backlog management, and continuous integration
• Experience with code reviews, adhering to best practices, and enforcing clean, maintainable code
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and business analysts
• Strong experience with React development, with a good understanding of React Hooks
• Willingness to learn and work with Drupal 10+ backend systems
• Fluent in English and able to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
