QA Manager

Position Objective:

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and manage our QA department. This role is responsible for driving the QA strategy, leading the QA team, and ensuring the highest quality standards across all software products and platforms. The ideal candidate combines hands-on testing expertise with strong leadership and management skills, ensuring efficient testing processes, smooth cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in all QA activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA department, including recruitment, team development, goal setting, and performance management.

• Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and best practices across all products and platforms.
• 
  
• Design, implement, and oversee the execution of comprehensive test plans (manual and automated).
• 
  
• Track and manage quality metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous optimization of QA activities.
• 
  
• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
• 
  
• Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and Management teams to align on functional and technical requirements.
• 
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for QA-related communication across departments.
• 
  
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
• 
  
• Identify automation opportunities and oversee the development of automated testing frameworks.
• 
  
• Ensure consistent test coverage across web, mobile, and connected platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in QA leadership and managing QA departments in agile software environments.
• 
  
• Demonstrated ability to scale QA teams, improve testing processes, and lead complex QA initiatives.
• 
  
• Proficiency with QA and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium).
• 
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• 
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• 
  
• Advanced English level (C1 minimum), both spoken and written.
• 
  
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with API testing, mobile testing, performance/stress testing.
• 
  
• Understanding of large-scale architectures and concurrent systems.
• 
  
• Familiarity with payment gateway testing and transaction-based platforms.
• 
  
• Basic knowledge of React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or Java development.
