BUSINESS ANALYST

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria using the given-when-then format.
• Proven analytical skills.
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  
  

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
• Expertise in technical writing.
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
• Extensive experience with data visualization.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex., sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Partner with product managers to develop detailed software requirements that the software development teams readily accept.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuously and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
• Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to managers’ questions and concerns.
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
• Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through real-time data evaluation.
• Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
