Our client is an innovative Austrian IT service provider, with a track record of developing individual software solutions for over 100 clients. Located in Vienna, and being “best place to work” certified, they’re growing the team.

👨‍💻 About the ROLE

• You'll support agile transformations and introduce an agile mindset, by helping entire companies or departments restructure and improve.
• You’ll assess the client’s current ways of working, identify potential for improvement, and develop a tailored agile strategy that aligns with their specific needs and goals.
• You’ll be the main point of contact for their clients, by leading meetings and workshops, and making sure the projects are done in time.
• You’ll support client’s C level management in adopting an agile mindset.
• You’ll coach teams and individuals to promote open-culture, efficient cooperation and resolve conflicts.

🧑‍🎓 About YOU

• You have 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, working on bigger scale agile transformations, affecting entire companies and departments.
• You have experience working in a consultancy setting on different projects.
• You have directly consulted C level management.
• You’re native in German and fluent in English.
• You’re passionate about software engineering and it’s a big plus if you have a technical background.

💰 Looking at past hires for this role, the usual salary range is €90-105.000 but it depends on your skills and seniority. That said, for someone who truly stands out, a higher offer could be on the table.
