IT Project Manager Identity Management (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Defining the IDM and IAM strategy in coordination with the relevant stakeholders
  • Further development, support, and operational management of the IDM system
  • Managing IT and cross-organizational projects in national and international environments
  • Developing technical solution concepts and developing solution approaches in collaboration with the relevant departments
  • Coordinating resources and monitoring project progress, including all project activities, as well as reporting and coordination with stakeholders

Your Qualifications

  • Completed technical training (HTL, university, university of applied sciences), ideally with an IT focus
  • Professional experience and knowledge in the IAM area (AD, Entra, LDAP, SAML, O365) as well as security management processes and traditional IT infrastructure
  • High level of coordination skills to recognize complex issues and interrelationships
  • Independent and structured working style, open and clear communication, a focus on teamwork, and enjoyment of working on international projects
  • Excellent German and English skills
