Design Intern

We’re welcoming 4 interns to experience day-to-day life in Bolt’s Marketing department. This is a 9-week paid internship.

About The Role

We’re looking for a curious, creative design intern. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how our in-house design agency works - from concept to execution, and you’ll work on real projects that make a difference. From campaign visuals and brand assets to social media content and internal projects - you’ll get to try a bit of everything. You’ll see how design and marketing come together in a fast-paced, international environment.

This internship is perfect for someone who’s into design and marketing, wants to learn by doing, and enjoys working across different types of projects.

Oh, and you have to like the colour green. Seriously.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Work closely with brand, motion, and multimedia designers on a wide range of projects.
• Support the team with formatting, designing, localising, and creating presentations and assets.
• Assist in adapting global campaigns for local markets and different verticals.
• Jump into brand reviews, feedback sessions, and creative brainstorms.
• Learn how to maintain and evolve a global brand across multiple platforms.
• Pitch in on anything from social posts to internal comms - wherever good design or an idea is needed.
  
  
  

About you:

• You’re into design, typography, and communication.
• You’ve got a sharp eye and even sharper taste.
• You know your way around Figma and Illustrator.
• You understand the difference between CMYK and HEX - and why it matters.
• You’re curious and not afraid to ask questions.
• You can take feedback (and maybe crack a dark joke while doing it).
• You believe good design isn’t just pretty - it has purpose.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked on any design or branding projects before - personal or professional.
