Senior Site Reliability Engineer, SRE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our SRE team. As a key player in our infrastructure and automation efforts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our development and production environments. Our Tech Stack:

• Cloud Platforms: Extensive use of Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform services
• Automation Tools: Heavy reliance on Terraform, Helm, and other cloud-native technologies.
• Development Practices: Everything is defined in code — no manual configurations, leveraging a Kanban-like workflow to enable quick and efficient delivery.
• Focus: We enable product development teams to deliver with speed and agility while maintaining high standards of reliability
  
  

What You’ll Tackle:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and enhance our CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and safe deployment.
• Implement and refine monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve production issues.
• Expand and optimize our global production system deployments and storage in a relatively complex compliance environment.
• Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce human error.
• Ensure security and compliance in a global deployment environment.
• Foster a DevOps culture by mentoring and guiding teams on best practices.
  
  

What we're looking for

• Experience: 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles with a deep understanding of cloud environments (GCP preferred, AWS, Azure).
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern cloud-native tools.
• Problem-Solver: Strong ability to troubleshoot incidents, with a track record of driving effective resolutions.
• Automation Advocate: Experience in building and scaling automated workflows.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (preferably JavaScript/TypeScript, Go or Python).
• Systems Engineering: Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and best practices.
• Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally, supporting and guiding teams to adopt SRE best practices.
