Revvity's Turku site has over 500 employees and is a key location for manufacturing and product development in newborn, maternal-fetal health, and prenatal screening. As a global leader in newborn screening, our solutions have tested over 700 million babies worldwide for life-threatening diseases.

We are now looking to welcome new Associate Product Manager to join our Reproductive Health Business team in Turku.

The Reproductive Health Business Team is the key to transferring the voice of the customer to specific requirements and collaborates strongly with R&D, Quality, Customer Support, Sales, Operations and other global internal and external stakeholders. Within the team, we love new ideas and the energy they bring. We are goal-oriented, development-minded and collaborative but still have eye for detail. We seek to understand what needs to be done and what not, and truly focus to guarantee progress. We enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds (our work includes global travelling up to 10 % of our working time), and have learned to feel comfortable not knowing everything and learning new things quickly.

Associate Product Manager is responsible for the supporting assigned Reproductive Health product lines. This person works closely with assigned neonatal team members to meet market and financial targets for product line agreed with Neonatal Segment Leader and acts as main contact for commercial and R&D teams for assigned product line.

Role Description:

  • Act as a main business partner for assigned neonatal product lines
  • Support commercial organization to ensure success of product line revenue growth.
  • Gather Voice of Customer for assigned product line and communicate the customer need with internal stakeholders
  • Train internal and external partners (such as sales, FAS, distributors) on assigned product line.
  • Work together with Marketing and Neonatal Segment Leader to create needed marketing and training materials.
  • Support other neonatal team members in assigned tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in natural sciences or diagnostics experience and/or some experience in similar roles like product management, marketing or sales.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
