Project Manager

WALLETTO is an e-money institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania. The company runs its operations from main office in Vilnius and provides payment cards issuing, e-commerce acquiring and payments.

We ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, payment scheme rules, and fraud prevention practices, while providing robust settlement and reporting capabilities to keep financial operations transparent and efficient.

What you will do:

• Lead the delivery of product development projects from concept to launch;
• Coordinate and manage projects with internal teams, development teams, processors, and partners;
• Explore new product opportunities through market research and competitive analysis;
• Identify and address project risks and dependencies, prioritize issues, and lead resolution to ensure timely delivery;
• Facilitate effective communication with partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams;
• Identify and drive process and productivity improvements to enhance operational effectiveness;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience managing product development projects in fintech or payments;
• Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis;
• Strong communication skills with a results-driven mindset;
• Product-oriented with a practical, solution-focused approach;
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office, especially Excel;
• Willingness to learn and keep up with industry trends;
• Advanced English skills (Russian is a plus);
• Driven to identify and pursue new product opportunities.
