Sharepoint Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Software Developer/Engineer to join our project staff. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing business processes and applications to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in design sessions with project staff to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
Develop and optimize business processes to support business applications, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency
Review and refine design artefacts and code, recommending improvements where appropriate to ensure high-quality delivery
Design and develop new applications, enhance existing systems, or integrate third-party solutions to meet business needs
Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure effective delivery of systems, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication
Apply software development methodologies and standards as defined by our organization to ensure high-quality coding and system implementation
Follow established processes for configuration and release management to ensure that all project artefacts are managed, integrated, and versioned according to standards

Job requirements

High quality level in SharePoint development and administration, with a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture and governance policies
Proficiency in applying high-level standards in:

ASP.NET C#
Node.JS
PowerShell
SPFx webparts
SharePoint APIs

Experience working with Front-end JavaScript frameworks, such as:

React
Vue.JS
Angular
Power Automate
Power App Forms

Knowledge of enterprise-level SharePoint solutions, including:

SharePoint retention and sensitivity labels
Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for SharePoint applications

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues efficiently and effectively
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to apply enterprise-level SharePoint solutions to meet business needs and drive success
