The Role

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be at the core of developing and optimizing high-frequency trading systems. Working with C++, Rust and Python, you’ll design new components, enhance scalability, and ensure ultra-low latency performance. You’ll collaborate closely with traders, quants, and engineers, contributing directly to the firm’s competitive edge.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance trading infrastructure from the ground up.
• Optimize & scale existing systems to improve speed, robustness, and efficiency.
• Take ownership of projects that directly impact trading strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and refine trading technology.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering (C++/Rust/Python) with object-oriented languages.
• Willingness to work with Rust and Python.
• Preferably experience in Finance/Trading or comparable critical environments.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
