We are looking for a talented Senior Social Media Content Operations Manager to join our marketing team. We are looking for candidates who are passionate and interested in cryptocurrency, innovation, and financial technology. Social media experience, especially content creation (text and video), social media management, and community management is required for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day social media operations: generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Produce and edit video content for social media platformsDesign and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
• Plan and implement online activities to develop brand awareness, such as promotions, competitions, AMAs, etc
• Communicate with users, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor issues
• Maintain the relationship with KOL and cooperate with influencers on social media to drive followers & users acquisition
• Monitor social media traffic metrics, and stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any Communications related field
• At least 3 years of related experience in social media marketing operations
• Experience working in the Web3 industry is a must
• Excellent copywriting skills and ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Familiar with content strategy, integrated marketing, virus activity, etc
• Attention to detail with superior organizational and communication skills
• Excellent project and time management skills; able to prioritize and work under pressure
• Able to adapt well in a fast-paced environment
