How You Make a Difference

• As a Power BI Specialist, you take Swiss Post to the next level with data analysis and visualization, you bring your knowledge to the organization, and you empower staff to work with BI tools.
• You are part of our Business Intelligence solutions team, where you develop and stabilize the BI platforms, define framework conditions and ensure compliance with processes and governance guidelines. 
• As the driving force, you work with the Self-service team to steer Swiss Post's transformation into a data-driven company and empower staff through training and learning paths across the specialist units.
• You contribute your expertise towards business analysis, consulting and the implementation of complex requirements, and you optimize BI reports and dashboards so they run smoothly and provide a basis for making data-driven decisions. 
• You coordinate with stakeholders, simplify processes and improve efficiency across the units.
• Additionally, you work closely with data scientists and data engineers, and you also coordinate and empower internal and external staff.
• You promote exchange of knowledge within the team and ensure that requests are processed efficiently.
  
  
  

What You Have To Offer

• You have a university degree in informatics or business informatics as well as several years of professional experience.
• You have excellent knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including data integration, dashboard creation and scripting.
• You have experience designing and managing complex IT landscapes, including the implementation of security and governance guidelines.
• Your strengths include creating complex data models and transforming data from various sources.
• Additional knowledge of other tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, BusinessObjects and AWS round off your profile.
• Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders allows you to convey complex information in an intelligible way and develop solutions together.
• As a team player, you have a good spoken and written command of German and English. Knowledge of another national language is a plus.
