Technical Information Security Officer

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Information Security Officer (ISO) to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with regulations and maintaining the highest standards of information security. Your technical expertise will be essential in automating compliance tasks and managing security controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Information Security compliance with the DORA regulation and ICT regulations.
• Manage and maintain security controls, including evidence collection and reporting.
• Develop and implement scripts or utilize low-code tools to automate compliance processes and evidence collections.
• Work within our tech stack (Jira, GitHub, GRC tools, Slack, Freshservice, Google Workspace, AWS) to streamline compliance and security processes.
• Conduct regular security assessments and support external audits.
• Work closely with our SecOps team, Compliance, and development teams to ensure security initiatives are implemented and live up to regulatory needs.
  
  
  

Desired Experience:

• Experience in information security or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry best practice.
• Proven experience working in regulated environments, preferably within the financial sector.
• Understanding and experience working with cybersecurity frameworks like DORA, NIS2 or ISO27001.
• Technical proficiency in scripting or utilizing low-code automation tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and SaaS environments (ideally Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with GRC tools, Jira, and GitHub.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
