Information Security Officer

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Information Security Officer to join our team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the success of our Cyber Risk consulting practice. Your expertise will be essential in helping our clients navigate complex cybersecurity challenges, assess risks, and implement robust solutions.

As a Information Security Officer, you will collaborate closely with clients across various industries, delivering tailored risk management strategies and providing expert guidance to safeguard their critical assets. Additionally, you will contribute to the continued growth and development of our consulting services, identifying new opportunities and helping to expand our client portfolio.

Daily Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Be a trusted advisor to clients, recommending appropriate cyber solutions that align with their needs and business strategies.
• Deliver security advisory services as part of a collaborative team.
• Work independently while closely collaborating with client representatives and other team members, producing high-quality oral and written work products and presenting complex technical matters clearly and concisely.
• Contribute to methodologies and leverage collaboration to meet client requirements.
• Work in accordance with the Risk Management Framework, ensuring compliance with policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of the company.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in building and assessing secure solutions involving people, processes, and technology, with specialization in areas such as:
• Technical or Enterprise Security Architecture
• Operational Technology (OT)
• Security Operations Centre (SOC) services and technology solutions
• Incident Response
• Security Testing (e.g., penetration testing, red teaming)
• Professional services for security solutions or threat modelling/testing projects
• Familiarity with common security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27000 series, DORA, NIS2).
• Strong report writing skills, both written and visual, and excellent presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish).
• Educational background in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
