Junior Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

Tasks And Job Roles
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Document current (AS-IS) and target (TO-BE) business processes, identifying areas for automation or reengineering
- Collaborate with teams to align services with backend systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Finance, SCM)
- Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria for Agile development teams
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design intuitive workflows and employee-friendly screens
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure feature delivery aligns with priorities
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and manage expectations
- Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases, coordinating test sessions, and documenting feedback
- Ensure new features and digital processes comply with HR laws, government policies, and audit standards
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries on progress, business value, and post-implementation reviews
