About the Startup: Stealth is an innovative, stealth-mode health-tech startup based in Dubai, revolutionizing healthcare through advanced AI-driven solutions. We're developing a groundbreaking digital platform designed to transform healthcare delivery, data analytics, and patient outcomes.

Role Overview:We seek a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder to join our founding team. As CTO, you will be pivotal in shaping our technical direction, building our MVP, and guiding the company from stealth mode to market launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and oversee the development of a scalable, secure, and innovative healthcare technology platform.

Lead technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing technology team.

Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate technology stacks and tools.

Collaborate closely with the founding team to define the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Implement best practices in cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance specific to healthcare technology.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience as a CTO, senior technology leader, or architect, ideally within health-tech, med-tech, or a highly regulated industry.

Expertise in AI, ML, data science, and cloud-based technologies.

Strong experience in developing scalable SaaS platforms or complex digital products.

Entrepreneurial spirit, with experience or strong interest in startups.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, data protection).

Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Equity Arrangement:This role is equity-based until successful fundraising, offering a significant ownership stake as part of the founding team. Upon securing investment, competitive salary and additional incentives will be reviewed.
