Job Summary

A global financial services firm is in search of a highly skilled developer to design and implement intelligent, scalable, and high-performance solutions that align with business objectives while adhering to industry-leading coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy efficient, scalable, and maintainable backend systems
  • Optimize application performance to enhance system responsiveness and reliability.
  • Adhere to best-practice software design principles, ensuring clean, robust, and well-tested code.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the Technology domain, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with broader organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Java, Haskell/Scala, Python, C/C++.
  • 3+ years of experience in smart contract programming, with a proven track record of building secure, high-performance, and resilient blockchain-based commercial solutions.
  • Strong expertise in developing, upgrading, and deploying smart contract decentralized applications on platforms such as Ethereum, Corda, Solana, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with test-driven development and relevant testing tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with financial markets products
  • Experience with DevOps, SRE, and AWS cloud implementation within an investment banking or FinTech environment.
