We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to manage HR and payroll operations for our Singapore office, with additional support for our employees in Malaysia, South Korea, and Germany. In this role, you will also be responsible for payroll-related tasks, including payroll preparation and review, and supporting our payroll processes. Additionally, you will handle insurance management, liaising with insurers, and ensuring smooth administration.
Ideally, you have at least 3-5 years of HR and payroll experience, including a solid understanding of CPF, IRAS, taxes, and employment laws in Singapore. Knowledge of Malaysian, South Korean, or German employment laws will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of operational HR functions, including employee engagement, HR communication, contract management, claim approval, compensation and benefits and performance management.
- Provide direct support to employees across our global offices and respond to HR inquiries.
- Take responsibility for payroll preparation, review, and support, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer and manage employee insurance policies, including liaising with insurers.
- Provide HR advisory services to ensure employment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations and tax compliance in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and offer management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with managers to address disciplinary, grievance, or performance issues as needed.
- Prepare HR-related reports and ensure timely submission to management and government agencies.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing social and recreational activities.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employment, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in HR and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws in Singapore (essential), with added knowledge of Malaysian, South Korean, or German employment laws as a bonus.
- Familiarity with CPF, IRAS, taxes, and payroll processes in Singapore
- Familiarity with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Monthly Tax Deduction and payroll processes in Malaysia.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to improving HR systems and processes.
Reporting Structure:
You will report to the Head of HR based in Germany, while working closely with the HR Manager based in Singapore.
