Job Responsibilities

The team is tasked with developing creative approaches to data sourcing, deriving new variables and factoring in qualitative insights to deliver high-impact business solutions.

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover hidden patterns and trends in customer behavior.
  • Lead the development of advanced data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage customer data and analytics to acquire, develop, and retain high-value customers more profitably and effectively
  • Develop a robust behavioral and needs-based segmentation to create more relevant, actionable, and personalized campaigns, offers, and engagements
  • Closely monitor product and area performance, operational and manpower efficiency
  • Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Utilize big data technologies and cloud platforms to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes and decision-making frameworks.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in analytics and machine learning or AI.
  • Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments and monitoring their performance will be an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, with experience in using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Other Prerequisites

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
