C++ Software Engineer

We are working with a flourishing high-frequency trading firm based out of New York City who is looking for a qualified Software Engineer with C++ experience to join their team. They are coming off a very successful year and are anticipating that success to continue into the coming years. They are offering hybrid work opportunities and are willing to wait all non competes up to two years.

Role:

Developing low latency and exchange gateway connectivity

Scale and optimize trading systems

Collaborating with quant research and trading teams to enhance profitability

Essential Skills:

Bachelors in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Mathematics etc.

Experience with C/C++

Familiarity with distributed systems and infrastructure development

Previous examples of competitive edge (high placed hackathon, awards, academic excellence, etc.)

Beneficial Skills:

Masters/PhD in STEM related subjects

Knowledge of Python

Work experience with a disruptor, startup, or trading enterprise

Comp:

Base salary $225-300k with additional bonus packages which can bring total comp up to $750k.
