Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HCL Commerce and Elastic Search. Experience in Data Governance is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will contribute to our projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using HCL Commerce and Elastic Search.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best practices are followed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Ensure that all development work adheres to the companys standards and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in HCL Commerce and Elastic Search.
• Have a good understanding of Data Governance principles and practices.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Display a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
• Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Have experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Show familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Demonstrate the ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.
• Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Show a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
