Product Manager, Connector Platform

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in developing and launching products and technologies in the enterprise cloud market.
• Experience in building connectors and working with partners and vendors.

The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization at Google designs, implements, and manages the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services (Search, YouTube, etc.) and Google Cloud. Our end users are Googlers, Cloud customers and the billions of people who use Google services around the world.

Our global impact spans software and hardware, including Google Cloud’s Vertex AI, the leading AI platform for bringing Gemini models to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and engaged landscapes. Analyze customer and partner feedback and intelligence to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product feature roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback. Prioritize and plan product enhancements and features while engaging with other Google product teams.
• Work with customers, business, and other Google product teams to understand requirements and pain points. Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories, and define customer user journeys.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure the successful development and delivery of product features. Guide the team on business and technical trade-offs by understanding the risks.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of product features and make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
