Job Description


We're looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized team player to join us in the Founder's Office. You’ll work directly with the leadership team, playing a critical role in operations, communication, and strategic execution. If you're a multitasking individual who thrives in a startup environment, we want to hear from you.


🎯 Key Responsibilities


Operational Management

  • Assist in scheduling, meeting preparation, and managing calendars for the founders.
  • Prepare and distribute regular operational updates and performance reports.

Social Media & Communication

  • Manage and grow the social media presence on relevant platforms.
  • Draft and edit internal and external communication materials as needed.

Project Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Assist in planning and executing team meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Handle correspondence, research, and ad hoc tasks from the founders.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and documentation system for internal use.

Additional Founder’s Office Activities

  • Monitor and report on key business performance metrics.
  • Help drive operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Conduct industry trend research, perform competitive analysis, and recommend strategic opportunities or partnerships.


📚 Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in operations, project management, or executive support.
  • (Startup experience is highly prefered.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a resourceful, independent work ethic in a remote-first setup.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with poise and professionalism.
