Job Description
We're looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized team player to join us in the Founder's Office. You’ll work directly with the leadership team, playing a critical role in operations, communication, and strategic execution. If you're a multitasking individual who thrives in a startup environment, we want to hear from you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Assist in scheduling, meeting preparation, and managing calendars for the founders.
- Prepare and distribute regular operational updates and performance reports.
Social Media & Communication
- Manage and grow the social media presence on relevant platforms.
- Draft and edit internal and external communication materials as needed.
Project Coordination & Administrative Support
- Assist in planning and executing team meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Handle correspondence, research, and ad hoc tasks from the founders.
- Maintain an organized workflow and documentation system for internal use.
Additional Founder’s Office Activities
- Monitor and report on key business performance metrics.
- Help drive operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting innovative solutions.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Conduct industry trend research, perform competitive analysis, and recommend strategic opportunities or partnerships.
📚 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in operations, project management, or executive support.
- (Startup experience is highly prefered.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter attitude with a resourceful, independent work ethic in a remote-first setup.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with poise and professionalism.
