Role: React Frontend Developer Location: Kidderminster (Hybrid – 2 Days A Week In-Office) Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Network IT are looking for a Front-End Developer who has exceptional experience using React. You will play a key role in developing user-friendly, performant interfaces against a robust ERP platform. You will work primarily on the frontend but also collaborate across the stack to deliver features that have a tangible impact on customers' day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

Develop modern, responsive UI components using React, Hooks, and Context API Build and maintain reusable component libraries for scalable UI development Collaborate closely with product managers and backend developers to refine user experiences Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to continuous delivery practices Optimize performance and maintain high standards in accessibility and responsiveness Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues in production environments Contribute to technical direction and implementation of best practices in frontend architectureExperience

Proficient in React (including Hooks, Context, and state management) Strong grasp of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Experience integrating APIs into applications Solid understanding of modern CSS design frameworks Version control with GitDesirable Experience

Experience with GraphQL for flexible data querying Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library Basic understanding of Docker and containerized development Linux environment experience Domain knowledge in ERP systems, order processing, or inventory management
