Your role at Dynatrace

As a Customer Support Intern, you will join our Post Sales team to handle a brand new project focused on communication and UX / UI design. This internship is designed for university students who are passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Based in Dynatrace Headquarter in Linz (preferred), but Vienna can be considered as well. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaboration with the marketing and post-sales teams to craft visually appealing and engaging materials.
• Developing creative visuals, graphics, and digital assets to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensuring alignment between written content and visual design for marketing campaigns.
• Working closely with team members to learn best practices in post-sales customer support and content creation.
• Thinking creatively to bring fresh ideas to content and visual storytelling.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Currently pursuing a degree in Media design, Communication and Knowledge Media or a related field (FH or University).
• Strong creative mindset with a passion for writing and visual storytelling.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to balance written content and visual aesthetics for impactful communication.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
  
  

Additional Information

We're currently looking for students willing to commit for minimum of 2 months. Projected start date: July

Compensation

For summer internships, we do offer a minimum monthly gross salary of 2200€ for BSc students and 2500€ for MSc students. Professional interns are awarded higher salary, depending on their qualifications.
