Autobahn

Autobahn is the Deutsche Bank’s digital platform for Corporate and Investment bank, enabling seamless delivery of 800 core business services to more than 200000 internal & external users through UI and API channels. Autobahn is continuously recognised by the clients as state-of-the-art product with multiple industry awards over recent years. Consolidated architectural vision and technical execution creates significant efficiencies for Deutsche Bank and consolidates strong technology expertise across multiple groups and teams.

As a technical platform, we streamline the delivery of apps and services to end users, addressing many common technical, security and regulatory requirements. For end users, we provide a unified access to a universe of services offered by Deutsche Bank in a consistent but personalised manner. Advanced behaviour analytics and quantitative UX helps to tailor user experience further for individual needs and purposes and continuously improve on our products. Platform covers Desktop, standalone Web, Mobile, IM and API channels and has a diverse suite of core service to support individual businesses and applications. Due to a diverse nature of the platform, we operate across different languages technologies such as JS/React, Kotlin/Java, Swift & .NET and operate in Agile delivery model.

We are currently looking for a Senior iOS Engineer (f/m/x) to join the Autobahn Platform team. The platform is actively expanding and features a diverse technology landscape, including web, desktop, iOS, and Android. As A Senior iOS Engineer, you will lead the development of our iOS mobile application, which is used by both IB clients and internal users. You will work closely with the mobile team and collaborate with Android developers to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience across platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of iOS development within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the iOS mobile application, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Android development team to align on cross-platform strategies and maintain consistency in features and user interfaces.
• Drive the implementation of new features and enhancements, from concept to deployment, while adhering to best practices in iOS development.
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with backend services and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership within the mobile team, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions and code reviews.
  
  
  

Your Skills And Experiences

• Extensive experience in iOS application development, including proficiency in Swift and Objective-C, with a strong understanding of iOS frameworks and design patterns.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Android developers, to deliver cohesive and high-quality mobile applications.
• Expertise in building and optimizing complex iOS applications, with a focus on
• performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Strong knowledge of integrating iOS applications with backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Experience with modern development tools and practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and automated testing frameworks.
