What we look for:

You will take over the strategic leadership and further development of our Cyber Strategy division, focusing on strengthening digital security frameworks, risk management, and resilience in collaboration with senior management.

You are responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies for client engagements, including client acquisition, resource management, project prioritization, execution, and ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

You oversee the end-to-end implementation of cybersecurity projects, working with clients to define tailored strategies for digital risk mitigation, security architectures, compliance standards, and incident response plans.

You have extensive expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessments, and defensive technologies, and are also familiar with secure content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms from a security perspective (e.g. Shopify, Sitecore).

You will lead the continuous development of internal cybersecurity knowledge, contributing to thought leadership and fostering external partnerships in the cybersecurity ecosystem.

You drive the standardization of cybersecurity processes, including quality assurance and risk mitigation protocols for ongoing or newly developed security solutions.

You play a proactive role in sales and business development, shaping new cybersecurity services aligned with emerging trends, regulations, and industry developments.

You collaborate closely with the leadership team across departments to align cybersecurity initiatives with broader organizational goals.

You represent the company and the Cyber Strategy team at key industry events, trade fairs, and cybersecurity conferences, building the firm’s reputation as a trusted advisor.

You work with the People & Culture team to further develop the Cyber Strategy team and play an active role in recruiting top cybersecurity talent.

What we require:

• You hold a university degree with outstanding performance in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• You have at least 8 years of professional experience in the cybersecurity space, including both strategic and operational roles, ideally within a consulting or agency environment.
• You have deep expertise in cybersecurity, digital risk management, and a strong understanding of security tools, technologies, and emerging trends.
• You have proven experience in leadership, team coordination, and project management in cybersecurity engagements.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop structured, results-driven security strategies.
• You are a service-oriented, communicative team player, driven by personal responsibility and passion for cybersecurity.
• You are fluent in English. and German.
