Pay rate: Up to €85,000 per annum ( pro rata)

About Us: Join our Clients dynamic IT Infrastructure team, where you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and managing our cloud and on-premises network. We provide flexible, scalable, and secure IT solutions, supporting Digital Workplace, Identity and Access Management, Connectivity, Cloud platform engineering, and reliable data center services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for a hybrid, multi-cloud environment.
• Deliver projects ensuring our network infrastructure is industry best practice and cloud-transition ready.
• Utilize expertise in Microsoft Azure or AWS, including network layer design, configuration, provisioning, and deployment.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of networking technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Aruba, LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls, SDWAN, Load Balancers, Routing & Switching).
• Develop network services using infrastructure as code for cloud network component automation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, IT concepts, market research, and vendor evaluations.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams on infrastructure or application security compliance.
• Ensure network and cloud network availability through proactive monitoring and alerting.
• Maintain operational responsibility for our connectivity network infrastructure.
• Create necessary operational documentation for network infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in network infrastructure design, implementation, and administration.
• Proficiency with network operating systems like Aruba OS-CX and/or Cisco IOS.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto Suite and Aviatrix.
• Knowledge of internet routing protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF), IPSec, VPNs, DNS, SSL.
• Experience with OT architectures and SDWAN deployment.
• Beneficial experience with Jira & Confluence.
• Familiarity with public cloud providers (Azure, AWS).
• Hands-on scripting/programming experience for automation.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, Subnetting, DHCP, NAT.
• ITIL framework and ITSM experience is a plus.
• Customer-focused, service-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

• Cloud (AWS, Azure), Palo Alto Suite, Aruba.
• Aviatrix.
• Cisco or Security+ certifications.
• ITIL 4 Foundation.
• Project Management certification.
