🔎 We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the team in resolving obstacles, ensuring timely delivery, and promoting clear and effective communication with stakeholders and management.

MAIN TASKS:

• Lead daily meetings, providing updates on progress, identifying blockers, and flagging any delays in the planning
• Support the end-to-end accountability for meeting the IT project’s goals in alignment with defined commitments
• Assist the team in working independently while continuously improving, and help overcome organizational or process-related challenges
• Help coordinate and facilitate project-related events and ceremonies (such as quarterly PI Planning)

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Desirable: Background in IT, particularly with knowledge of ETL processes and databases
• Proven experience in project management and hands-on application of agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development tools and frameworks, such as Jira
• Self-driven, well-organized, and focused on delivering results with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to perform effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English
