What You'll Do

🔎 Investigate and Analyse: Support incident investigations and root-cause analyses with data insights and exploratory analysis.

🤝 Enable Sales & Success Teams: Help prepare data-driven materials and insights for customer proof-of-concepts and strategic conversations.

🧹 Push Data Quality: Help monitor data pipelines, identify inconsistencies, and contribute to cleaner, more reliable datasets.

📊 Internal Reporting & Dashboards: Help design and maintain reports that provide clear visibility into key business metrics.

🔗 Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to answer critical questions and support decision-making.

📚 Build Data Culture: Help foster data literacy and support the adoption of better data practices throughout the company.

Who You Are

🧐 Analytically Curious: You love exploring messy datasets, spotting patterns, and figuring out what the data really says.

🐍 Python Fluent: Comfortable using Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.) for data cleaning, analysis, and basic visualisations.

🗣️ Clear Communicator: Able to present findings in a structured, simple, and actionable way - both in writing and in conversation.

🔍 Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for accuracy and consistency when working with data.

🤝 Collaborative & Proactive: You enjoy working in a team and aren’t afraid to ask questions or speak up with ideas.
