The Marketing Analytics team is passionate about using data to help make better decisions and serve insights with strategic implications. As a Data Analyst, on the newly formed Marketing Data Foundations sub team you will work on the entire marketing analytics lifecycle, including developing foundational metrics and dashboards, defining measurement methodologies, and leveraging data to drive key strategic decisions. You’ll work in a cross-functional environment with product, sales, data science, biztech and other business analysts to build infrastructure that helps marketers understand and influence Asana’s growth, create KPIs that measure and monitor our progress against business-critical goals, and perform ad hoc analysis diving into the impact of individual campaigns, investments, and initiatives
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve:
- Work collaboratively with other analysts to build and maintain analytics infrastructure.
- Design and implement standardized reporting systems for marketing teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of marketing and product data to derive actionable insights.
- Build and maintain reusable data assets and ETL processes.
- Identify gaps in our marketing funnel and surface opportunities.
- Design user-friendly dashboards and self-service analytics tools.
0-1 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related technical fieldStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesBasic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with data manipulation tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Curious and detail-oriented.
- Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs is a plus.
- Familiarity with visualization tools(Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
