About the Job
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Turkish) to join our customer service team. In this role, you will provide live chat and ticket support to our global users, assisting them with account verification, cryptocurrency transactions, wallet management, and general inquiries. You will be part of a fast-paced, international team, ensuring an excellent customer experience through professional communication and problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver live chat and ticket support in Turkish and English, addressing customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist users with platform navigation, deposit/withdrawal issues, security settings, and transaction inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate support.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and improve service quality.
- Identify customer pain points and contribute to process improvements based on user feedback.
- Follow strict data protection and security protocols when handling sensitive customer information.
- Work in a 24/7 shift environment, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, to support global users.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher) – Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Customer Service Experience – Prior experience in online support, live chat, or ticket handling is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge – Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain is preferred but not required.
- Problem-Solving Ability – Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills to assist users efficiently.
- Team Collaboration – Ability to work in a multinational, multilingual support team.
- Adaptability – Comfortable working in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Security Awareness – Strong knowledge of data security and best practices in customer support.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, such as Sprinkler/Zendesk.
- Familiar with crypto/finance-technology industry
- Experience working with teams across offices and time zones.
