Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact projects across public cloud platforms. Cloud managed services project management is a plus. This role involves client interaction, including on-site visits, to ensure smooth onboarding, alignment with business objectives, and long-term satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably with Project Management certifications, and a solid understanding of managed services operations in cloud environments. You’ll act as the main point of contact between our delivery teams and clients, managing expectations, timelines, and outcomes across multiple engagements.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT or cloud environments, with at least 3 years in managed services (preferred)
• Experience working in an MSP or cloud consulting firm
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (especially Azure, Microsoft 365, and related services)
• PMP certification – preferred
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) – preferred
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service delivery processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, including in-person meetings and site visits
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments

What Will You Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, including client onboarding, SLA management, and performance optimization
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks to minimize impact on timelines, budget, and service quality
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits as needed
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning project goals with long-term cloud strategies
• Coordinate across internal teams (cloud architects, support engineers, service desk, operations) to deliver seamless, high-quality services
• Monitor service performance and manage SLA compliance, risks, escalations, and change requests
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and apply best practices for hybrid project delivery models
• Lead client-facing meetings, workshops, and presentations to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction
• Generate project documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery and service operations
