About the Company

We are a UAE-based digital asset platform preparing to launch a Centralized Exchange (CEX) and Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization ecosystem. Our mission is to bridge traditional and decentralized finance by enabling secure, transparent, and liquid access to tokenized real estate, commodities, and other financial instruments powered by advanced blockchain infrastructure and aligned with evolving global regulatory standards.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s launch, growth, and long-term strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling digital asset platforms and navigating financial innovation within regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic roadmap across exchange and tokenization services
• Lead institutional business development and strategic partnerships across crypto and traditional finance
• Oversee regulatory alignment with UAE and international virtual asset frameworks
• Build and lead a high-performance executive and operational team
• Guide product innovation across tokenized assets, platform features, and yield mechanisms
• Represent the company to investors, partners, and the public as its chief spokesperson

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of leadership in blockchain, digital assets, fintech, or capital markets
• 3+ years in a C-level or executive strategy role
• Proven track record launching or scaling crypto exchanges, tokenization platforms, or regulated fintech.
• Strong understanding of tokenization models and their integration with trading platforms
• Familiarity with regulatory environments such as VARA, ADGM, MiCA, or equivalent
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships

Preferred:

• Knowledge of the UAE/GCC crypto or fintech ecosystem
• Background in product development, liquidity strategy, or DeFi integration
• Strong network within the blockchain, investor, and regulatory communities
• Advanced degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field
