Salary Range: AED 35,000 – 50,000/month

We are currently seeking for our client a highly experienced PMO Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of projects in the Mining & Metals sector. This is a senior-level opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong financial acumen, strategic insight, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mining and metals projects in alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive operational excellence, cost control, revenue generation, and sustainability across all projects.
• Manage and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring compliance with scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Oversee project P&L, ensuring financial performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide clear, regular updates on project health.
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
• Build strong cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.
• Ensure documentation, process compliance, and adherence to industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, or a related discipline (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 15–20 years of relevant experience in project or program management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in mining/metals consulting, especially with MBB or Big-4 firms, is a strong advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of mining project lifecycle.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and multiple P&Ls.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
