Excel and Power BI Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Excel and Power BI Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing advanced Excel models, creating insightful Power BI dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain complex Excel models and templates for data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain interactive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Connect to various data sources (e.g., Excel, SQL, SharePoint, APIs) and transform data using Power Query.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Automate and optimize existing reporting processes using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
• Provide end-user training and support for Excel and Power BI tools.
• Document solutions, data flows, and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) working with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (pivot tables, formulas, VBA, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
