Job Description

Technical Skills Requirements

• Must have at least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in the following areas:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience, preferably in a corporate environment on a large-scale .NET application, with a focus on these areas:

o Business Requirement analysis

o Software application Design

o Application development using Esri ArcGIS JavaScript API, Angular and React JS

o Perform Spatial analysis using ArcGIS Desktop tools like ArcGIS Pro.

• Strong domain knowledge of application development using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Rest APIs, Angular, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS SDK for .NET, Oracle database, Database SQL scripts, Bash scripts.

• Expertise in Esri ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS SDK for .NET, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, etc. is preferable.

• Expertise in Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipeline

• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.

• Application performance fine-tuning, problem troubleshooting, interpretation of data pattern for resolution

Non-Technical Skills Requirements (Business Skills)

• Must have excellent user engagement skill that can communicate clear instructions to users and vendors

• Must be a team player with excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to convey complex concepts to nontechnical constituents. Proficiency in oral and written English.

• Capable of preparing internal training materials and documentation.

• Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

• Positive, self-motivated, resourceful individuals who can complete tasks independently

• Willing to explore and learn new methods of doing things

• Key responsibilities include the following:

o Development of a new application for Supplier Management System

o Develop and implement application projects in accordance with business requirements and IT

security policy and standards.

o Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments in

accordance with compliance policies.

o Error finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions

o Proactively monitor application performance.

o Review or propose remediation solutions to address performance issues and business gaps

identified and ensure the solutions are implemented in accordance with organizational

policies.

o Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop ways to improve the stability,

security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment

o Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades during application development.

o Maintain proper documentation according to organizational policies and practices.

o Perform change and release management activities according to organization practices.

o Liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders and/or customers to identify, troubleshoot and

resolve issues.

o Support other IT related activities when required.
