San Francisco Who Are We?

We're a fast-growing, mission-driven startup aiming to simplify one of the most complex parts of doing business today: navigating the maze of risk, compliance, privacy, and security. Think of us as building the "JIRA for compliance's" smart, scalable platform that removes friction from commercial transactions and saves companies time, money, and a whole lot of legal headaches. We've got the product vision, early traction, and funding to go the distance. Valued at ~$100M, we're sprinting toward $100-200M ARR and a billion-dollar business in the next few years. Now we need talented engineers to help us build the future of enterprise risk automation. What's In It For You?

Design and build scalable full-stack features across our application platform.

Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex compliance workflows into intuitive user experiences.

Own your code from design to deployment; your impact will be visible from Day 1.

Contribute to system architecture and help lay the groundwork for long-term scalability.

Participate in code reviews, improve our CI/CD pipelines, and ensure product quality through automated testing.

Bring clarity to chaos; help us iterate fast without breaking things.

What Will You Need?

Must-Haves: 3-6 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.

Proficiency with open-source technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, etc.).

Experience building scalable web applications, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong communication skills; able to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams.

Excitement about tackling the messy, real-world problems of compliance and risk.

Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience in security, privacy, risk, GRC, or other regulated enterprise domains.

Familiarity with tools like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks.

Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, or designing internal developer platforms.

Contributions to open-source projects or a visible engineering portfolio.

This is your chance to join a well-funded rocket ship at the ground floor. We're looking for builders who care deeply about code, craft, and the mission.
