We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our next-generation observability platform. You will be responsible for crafting a clean, modern, and futuristic user interface that minimizes clicks and focuses users on what truly matters. This role requires a strong portfolio in data visualization and dashboard design, with the ability to seamlessly integrate AI-driven features and interactive elements.

• Develop and communicate a clear design vision for the platform that aligns with our product strategy and user needs.
• Create futuristic, map-centric layouts, minimal-click workflows, and intuitive data visualization dashboards.

• Design interactive, responsive user interfaces that highlight real-time data, AI-generated insights, and actionable alerts.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ensure that the design is accessible, user-friendly, and adheres to modern UI/UX best practices.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data/AI teams to translate complex requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from cross-functional stakeholders, including telecom experts and regulatory authorities.

• Create innovative data visualizations (maps, KPI capsules, interactive overlays, and animated transitions) that provide clear insights with minimal user interaction.
• Design AI and LLM interaction elements such as chat widgets, floating action buttons, and contextual tooltips that complement the overall interface.
• Develop dynamic UI components that highlight critical alerts, real-time performance, and historical trend data.

• Build and maintain a cohesive design system and style guide that reflects our futuristic aesthetic (e.g., neon/gradient accents, translucent panels).
• Ensure consistency across all screens, components, and interaction patterns.

• 5–10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in dashboard design, data visualization, and enterprise software.
• Proven experience designing complex, data-intensive platforms and interfaces, preferably in telecom, finance, or related industries.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and modern UI trends.
• Experience with interactive prototyping and design handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, InVision).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience working with AI/ML-driven products or platforms.
• Familiarity with telecom network systems, real-time analytics, or observability platforms.
