Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Program Manager role located in Pune at NxtWave. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Continuous Career Building Programs 4.0, coordinating with industry partners, organizing workshops and events, and mentoring students in 4.0 technologies.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Program Coordination, and Event Management skills
• Experience in working with industry partners and stakeholders
• Knowledge of 4.0 technologies such as AI, ML, Cybersecurity, and Blockchain
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in working with student communities is a plus
