Role Overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for a Senior Android Engineer to come join our global business.

Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering and working collaboratively with Native Engineers, you will be accountable for development of the Android marketplace app, created in newest tech stack on the market!

Key Accountabilities

• Marketplace - Development of the best-in-class marketplace app
• UI/UX - Tailor best class UI/UX along with animations, transitions, responsiveness and quality
• Quality Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Culture - Contribute to a healthy engineering culture of feedback and growth
• Automation - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Testing - Develop Unit, UI and integration tests to maintain highest quality standard

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

• Experience - 7+ years of experience as an Android engineer
• Detail-oriented Attention to detail, animations and transitions
• Patterns Understanding of the native platform UI/UX patterns
• Technology Expert knowledge of Kotlin, Java, Coroutines, multi-module projects, DI
• Libraries - Familiarity with Koin, Retrofit, OKHttp, ViewBinding, Firebase, Gradle
• Automation - Experience with Google Play Store releases automation, eg.: Fastlane
• Navigation Deep Linking, reusable screens and navigation
• Communication Excellent communication skills

Nice To Have

• Javascript - Understanding of JavaScript / Typescript and NodeJS

• macOS - Deep understanding of macOS architecture

Interview Process

• Screen call - with a member from the Talent Team - 30-60 minutes
• 1st stage - Technical: Video call/in-person interview with the Hiring Manager + an iOS Engineer - Up to 2.5 hours
• Final stage - Meet with our CTO - Up to 30 minutes
