Resource Business Analyst ( Contractor role )

RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Update and maintain the tools used by the RMO to track/monitor our KPIs (HC movements, recruitment, Utilization, Bench, etc)
• Coordinate with Consulting Managers for updates on open roles and available resources.
• Monitor and update dashboards related to headcount, recruitment, and utilization.
• Assist with the management of resource approval processes and reporting associated.
• Distribute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to key stakeholders, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive operational resource management tasks, to ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources across projects, together with the rest of the team of our other Resource Analysts.
• Support other Resource Analysts and coordinate some of weekly team activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and update various internal pages (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence). Create and post internal communications via email and Slack.
  
  
  

Profile / Skills

Strong Excel Skills: Experienced in advanced Excel functions (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query…). Experience with large datasets and data visualization tools is a plus.

Reporting and Analysis: Experience in analyzing resource data and preparing meaningful, actionable reports. Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Operational drive: Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows, and ensure process adherence.

Ability to priorities Forward thinking and proactive attitude

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross regional teams and senior management.
