JOB DESCRIPTION
Strong Excel Skills: Experienced in advanced Excel functions (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query…). Experience with large datasets and data visualization tools is a plus.
Reporting and Analysis: Experience in analyzing resource data and preparing meaningful, actionable reports. Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
Operational drive: Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows, and ensure process adherence.
Ability to priorities Forward thinking and proactive attitude
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Experience of working in teams & strong personal drive.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Update and maintain the tools used by the RMO to track/monitor our KPIs (HC movements, recruitment, Utilization, Bench, etc)
- Coordinate with Consulting Managers for updates on open roles and available resources.
- Monitor and update dashboards related to headcount, recruitment, and utilization.
- Assist with the management of resource approval processes and reporting associated.
- Distribute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to key stakeholders, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive operational resource management tasks, to ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources across projects, together with the rest of the team of our other Resource Analysts.
- Support other Resource Analysts and coordinate some of weekly team activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and update various internal pages (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence). Create and post internal communications via email and Slack.
