At ING Turkey we have an opportunity for a Backend Product Manager to join our Retail Digital Banking Tribe and play a key role in managing and prioritizing backend development backlog. This role is responsible for ensuring strong coordination between backend team and other digital teams, facilitating smooth delivery of backend capabilities that power our digital banking experience.

How will you make an impact in this role?
- Own and manage backend development backlog across digital teams, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business needs.
- Act as a bridge between backend engineers and other stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and efficient collaboration.
- Coordinate and follow-up backend initiatives, ensuring timely delivery by working closely with backend team to track progress and manage dependencies.
- Coordinates user acceptance tests (UAT) and approves IT changes on the product. Takes the solution live, measures the impact and iterates.
- Aligns with other Product Managers to manage dependencies.
- Monitor performance of digital channels and drive continuous improvement to enhance backend efficiency.
- Mandated IT asset owner, risk manager, data owner for the product.
Qualifications
- +6 years of experience (experience in Product or IT Business Analysis role is preferable)
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with experience working cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding and experience in enterprise level agile methodologies
- Experience in IT delivery, understanding software delivery life cycle and engineering practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills; with a track record of gaining consensus for product strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varied backgrounds.
- Effective conflict management skills.
- Understanding related operational guidelines, product technology architecture, security vulnerability fix processes, incident & change management processes is a plus.
