WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
a Person With
- At least 5 years of significant experience in Human Resources/People & Culture function in large organizations, with at least 3-4 years of experience in the HR Business Partner role with strategic and leadership accountabilities
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing environment and its specifics
- Current knowledge of market trends allowing the use of best industry practices and adapting HR strategy to the modern labor market
- Strong experience and capabilities to lead organizational transformation – change management related to IWS will be a plus
- Ability to effectively reach goals in complex, matrix, multinational working environment,
- Open to new technologies and agile ways of working,
- Solid judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers and employees,
- Very good command of English & Polish,
- Willingness to further growth in our organization,
- Min. bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Human Resources, Economy, Law.

- Be active change agent driving and supporting organizational and cultural transformation, while being ambassador of IWS methodology
- In functions assigned to you:
- Manage all People & Culture processes: organizational design, talent management, diversity & inclusion, and people engagement,
- Support leaders at all levels in building up engaged, agile and learning organization,
- Manage employee relations
- Actively cooperate in design and deployment of projects with regional and global teams,
- Co-operate with local CoEs teams: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Talent & Organizational Development, Comp & Ben.
