The role

As a Business Operations & Finance Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of our team, working directly with leadership. You’ll assist with financial analysis, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about data and looking for hands-on experience in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records, draft contracts, and process invoices.
• Assist with financial reporting and budget tracking.
• Analyze operations to identify efficiency improvements.
• Communicate with teams, clients, and partners.
• Organize travel plans for business trips.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and an interest in financial data.
• Fluency in Latvian and English.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Experience in finance or operations is a plus but not required.
